Hello. We are searching and sending Polish workers to hiring agencies in Denmark, Norway, Finland, Holland, Sweden and Spain. We recruit and send to agencies customers Polish workers like welders, fitters, electricians, construction workers, carpenters, plumbers, painters and others. When agencies give us details about job offers we start searching for candidates. We search for people who are experienced with minimum 4 years in job position, speak communicative English, have own cars to come. We send in avarage 20-30 new workers each month to agencies. In last 3 years we sent almost 500 workers, many Polish workers from us work till now, making many working hours for agencies. We are paid only for workers' working hours. We recruit and send workers, but not hire them, agencies do that. FITTERS
WELDERS
You need steel construction fittters or hulls-fitters: we have candidates with 5-15 years experience as hullsplaters, as pipefitters, blacksmiths. We send to shipyards in Denmark and steel construction companies to Norway and Finland. Sent almost 150 Polish fitters to companies.
You need welders: each month we search for welders to Danish shipyards and steel construction companies. Polish welders are often good workers, weld in methods 135, 136, 138, 141, 111, 131. We have sent hundreds of welders, so send us details and we start calling guys [it is free]
You need CNC operators to milling machines and lathes (Fanuc, Heidenheim, Siemens). We have candidates, who have 5-7 years experience as CNC operators, speak good English, have own car and looking to stay for longer time abroad. We made recruitments for many CNC operators. Write us.
CARPENTERS
You need carpenters to work with floors, windows, doors. Maybe you search for good construction carpenters or shuttering carpenters [DOKA, PEERI]
PLUMBERS
ELECTRICIANS
You need plasterers [spatula]: here must be guys, who already worked in that in other projects. Many guys say they know the job, but are not very experienced. When workers work 10-15 years in finishing and interiors than will be no problems in work. We have plasterers interested in offers.
You need plumbers: in Denmark it is called VVS, we recruit and send Polish plumbers with minimum 5 years experience in this job and with communicative English (many speak only basics). Work with central heating, heat floors, plumbing, plastic pipes, radiators, ermeto, valves.
You need painters, interior finishing workers, plasterboard fitters: we have hundred of plasterboard fitters who we sent in last 2 years to Holland, Germany and Denmark. They take own car and tools, own working clothes, have 7-12 years experience. We can help here.
You need electricians: here many Polish electricans contact us and are looking for well paid jobs. They have SEP certificates, some speak communicative English or German, have own car, some have DSB. Please send us details and we will send messages to electricians from our database.
Workers
Hiring agencies contacting us, as we are searching and providing many experienced workers, who are willing to come fast, have own cars, speak comunicative English and they can work many hours per week (50-60h per week). Most of Polish workers are interested in salaries 10-12 EUR/h netto + free accommodation. Hiring companies provide accommodation for them, make salaries and send payslips. Our role is to find quickly professional workers, according to requirements, send their cvs to agency, if their customers accept, then workers come and start work (normally all takes 3-5 days). We send per month 20-30 new workers to agencies, many of Polish workers work for customers 3-6 months and longer.
